Summer is made for relaxation. You finish up your important tasks, finally allow yourself to breathe a sigh of relief, and head off on that long-awaited vacation… And that’s exactly when you suddenly start reminiscing about everything you’ve managed to accomplish. The people who walked alongside you. Small victories, big discoveries, warm encounters. And you realize: what’s most valuable isn’t just the results, but also the feelings they leave in your heart. That’s exactly what the final meeting of the “Amica” project became for us.

This gathering wasn’t about closure, but about the chance to look back and see how far we’ve come together. Each participant shared her story — about new knowledge, bold decisions, and achievements both big and small. For some, the project served as a catalyst for new initiatives; for others, it was a place where they found self-confidence, support from like-minded people, and the feeling that they were not alone. And it was from these diverse stories that a single shared story emerged — a story of trust, growth, and mutual support.

The heartfelt conversations about what we’d accomplished and what had been challenging were especially valuable. We shared our experiences, supported one another, laughed, and reminisced about moments that had already become shared memories. Such gatherings remind us once again that sometimes our greatest resource is the people around us — those who understand you without needing to say a word and who genuinely rejoice in your successes.

Toward the end, we shifted gears a bit and immersed ourselves in right-brain drawing. It was a time free of judgment and haste — just creativity, color, and the chance to be alone with our feelings. Practices like these help us remember that taking care of ourselves is just as important as achieving our goals. After all, it is from our inner resources that we draw the strength to move forward and create positive change.

And although the “Amica” project has come to an end, we don’t want to draw a line under it at all. If anything, we’re just taking a breather. Because everything we’ve experienced together has already become a part of each of us. Summer lies ahead — a time to rest a bit, recharge, and find inspiration. And in the fall, we’ll meet again—with new ideas, new dreams, and that same warmth that arises only when we’re surrounded by people who truly believe in one another.
