Dear colleagues, friends, and partners!
There’s not much time left before we welcome the new year, 2026!
May the New Year bring a little less “must” and a little more “can” into your lives. It’s okay to get tired, it’s okay to fall behind, it’s okay to change plans—and still be good enough. Your mind, just like a phone battery, isn’t recharged by self-reproach, but by care.
May the new year bring more inner strength, clarity, and gentleness toward yourself. And instead of rigid “I must” statements, may questions arise: “How am I feeling right now?” and “What will help me today?”
We hope that in 2026, you’ll notice your true needs more often: for silence, rest, a warm conversation, or a break without guilt. Recovery isn’t a weakness or a luxury — it’s a basic necessity for living in a challenging reality!
And if, by chance, you forget these wishes in 2026 — it’s okay. Just remember one thing: you can always start with a small step toward yourself.
Happy New Year, and here’s to taking care of your mental health!
