Stresses, traumas, worries – they don’t just remain in the memory, but are literally fixed in the muscles, posture, and breathing. And some traumas remain for years and continue to cause pain. What do we know about them and what can we do about them?

There are many ways to get rid of the memory of terrible events. These ways are both psychological and physical – meditation, yoga and sports, theater classes.

We have already talked a lot about psychological ones and continue to give recommendations on our pages. But we have just begun to study the physical methods together with our partner Inoumo.

The first 2 classes were intense, with a lot of new information about the combination of body and mental state.
